Ask your agency for the mandate
If your agency runs agents on your Amazon Ads account, you can ask what those agents are allowed to do. With MolTrust the answer is a document: the mandate for your account, with the tools, the caps, the approval threshold and the end date.
- Ask for the mandate covering your ad account and check that it names only your brands.
- Agree the daily cap and the approval threshold in the contract, and refer to the mandate.
- Ask for the records of changes on your account. Each one can be checked with the open-source verifier, without the agency and without MolTrust.
- Agree who pays for a change the mandate did not allow.
A mandate does not replace your own reporting. It makes the limits written down and checkable, call by call.
